Our gite is a 75 m² house that can accommodate 4 people + a baby. It is labeled 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism.

 

It has an Internet connection at no extra cost.

 

Ground floor :

 

- equipped kitchen (refrigerator + freezer compartment, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas cooker, raclette service, plancha, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pressure cooker, crockery, saucepans, etc.)

- bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer)

- dining room - living room (table, chairs, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, 108 cm flat screen TV and DVD player)

 

Stage :

 

- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), a wooden baby bed, a large wardrobe, a chair, 2 bedside tables, 1 armchair

- a bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe, an armchair, a chair, 2 bedside tables

- WC with sink.

Exterior:

 

- independent parking and access

- private enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs

- ping-pong table, swings and petanque ground shared with the guest rooms

Additional information:

 

For babies, we lend a high chair and a bathtub at no additional cost. A safety barrier is provided for Baby's safety upstairs.

 

The cottage is non-smoking.

 

Arrivals are generally scheduled between 5 and 7 p.m., with inventory and handing over of the keys. Departures are around 10 am. But it is possible, depending on the period, to modulate these hours.

 

A deposit of 200 euros is requested when the keys are handed over, returned at the end of the stay, after inventory.

 

When booking, a contract is sent to you for joint signature, and a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total price of the stay is requested, the balance to be paid on the day of installation or by transfer a few days before arrival. The rental price includes the supply of sheets and miscellaneous charges (see the "prices" section). If you wish, a cleaning service at the end of the stay or the supply of household linen and towels are offered to you (see prices).

 

For your shopping and the various services necessary for your stay, you will find everything you need in RUE, 4 km away (doctors, dentists, pharmacies, supermarkets, press, post office, banks, restaurants etc...).

 

The cottage is rented:

- from 2 nights from April to June,

- from one week in July and August,

- from 3 nights from September to March.

 

For any stay of 2 weeks or more, - 10% on the price of the stay!
